Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in enterprise application development, modernization, cloud transformation, and technical leadership. The role requires expertise in modern .NET, Azure, microservices, APIs, databases, DevOps, and application security.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET 8/10+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API .
- Drive legacy .NET modernization , monolith-to-microservices transformation, and cloud migration.
- Design scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures .
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, standards, and best practices.
- Develop secure and highly available solutions on Microsoft Azure .
- Perform hands-on development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and code quality .
- Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, PMs, BAs, and client stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks and provide recommendations for complex technical challenges.

- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, API Security, OWASP
- Unit/Integration Testing, xUnit/NUnit, SonarQube
- Legacy .NET modernization and cloud migration

- Event-driven architecture, DDD, CQRS
- Terraform/Bicep, GitHub Actions
- Oracle / IBM DB2

Experience & Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall .NET experience with 5+ years in a Technical Lead/technical leadership role .
- Strong experience leading development teams while remaining hands-on.
- Excellent problem-solving, client communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
