Job Description
Requirements Elicitation & Management
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and user requirements.
Ensure requirements are traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage requirement prioritization with stakeholders.
Create clear acceptance criteria and maintain requirement quality.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze business problems, opportunities, and processes.
Document current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") states.
Support solution design by translating business needs into functional requirements.
Conduct impact assessments and feasibility analysis.
Stakeholder Management
Facilitate workshops and discussions with business users, SMEs, Product Owners, and technical teams.
Act as a key liaison between business (Client Backoffice Product Lead) and technology teams.
Present and clarify requirements to development and testing teams.
Agile/SAFe Delivery Support
Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Team to refine and prioritize backlogs.
Ensure sufficient ready-to-deliver stories are available for upcoming sprints.
Participate in sprint refinement, planning, and review activities.
Participate in Quarterly Increment refinements and PI Planning activities.
Maintain high-quality Jira tickets by meeting DoR and supporting documentation.
Provide Business demos to Customer stakeholders at end of release deliveries.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Work with QA teams to define and review test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
Qualifications
MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech
