Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
Must have skills : Data Analytics, Data Warehouse ETL Testing, Big Data Analysis Tool and Techniques, Hadoop Administration

Educational Qualification : Specific undergraduate qualifications ie engineering computer science

Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and functional needs. This includes defining key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness and collaborating closely with the Application Architect to develop detailed process blueprints. The role requires active participation in quality management reviews to ensure that all business and design requirements are thoroughly addressed. Additionally, the Business Process Architect dedicates time to educating various stakeholders, fostering a clear and shared understanding of the process designs to support successful implementation and continuous improvement.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align business processes with strategic objectives and operational capabilities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Warehouse ETL Testing, Hadoop Administration, Big Data Analysis Tool and Techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data workflows and pipelines to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Ability to work with large-scale data environments and leverage big data technologies for enhanced analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A Specific undergraduate qualifications ie engineering computer science is required.
