Role title Physical AI – PMO

Position Summary:

The Physical AI Supervising Associate will support EY’s global Physical AI agenda through program coordination, research, leadership materials and stakeholder engagement. The role will work closely with the Global Physical AI Strategy & PM Lead and the Global Physical AI Leader to support priority initiatives across the Physical AI portfolio.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication and the ability to turn technical information into simple business insights. The person should be comfortable managing assigned work with guidance and working with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, tracking and reporting of selected Physical AI initiatives.
• Coordinate actions, updates, risks and stakeholder follow-ups for assigned work.
• Prepare clear presentations, leadership updates and meeting materials.
• Support the development of thought leadership, client materials and strategic reports.
• Research Physical AI, robotics, market trends and competitors, and summarise key findings.
• Work with global teams to coordinate inputs, actions and timelines.
• Support leadership meetings, innovation showcases and client engagements.
• Maintain Physical AI documents, templates and knowledge repositories.
• Guide junior team members and review outputs when needed.

Physical AI Strategy and Operations Responsibilities:

Strategy, research and executive storytelling:

• Conduct research and summarise relevant findings for leaders and stakeholders.
• Explain Physical AI and robotics concepts in simple business language.
• Develop presentations and briefing materials for leadership and client audiences.
• Track industry and competitor developments relevant to Physical AI.
• Provide research and inputs to support priorities and recommendations.

Program management and stakeholder coordination:

• Maintain plans, milestones, actions, risks and decision logs.
• Follow up on agreed actions and highlight delays or risks.
• Prepare clear updates on progress, risks and next steps.
• Coordinate inputs and timelines across global teams.
• Help improve reporting templates and working practices.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Strong executive communication, presentation development and business writing skills.
• Excellent research, analytical and synthesis capabilities, with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to convert technical information into clear business insights and decision-ready materials.
• Strong programme management, stakeholder coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
• Working understanding of emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics and innovation.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and global teams.
• Ability to guide junior colleagues when required.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Strategy or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, programme management, research, innovation or technology transformation roles.
• Experience coordinating workstreams and preparing leadership presentations, reports or strategic content.
• Experience conducting research, analysing complex information and developing clear recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams, strategic programmes or transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Physical AI, robotics, artificial intelligence or other emerging technology domains is preferred.
• Experience supporting junior team members or coordinating small project teams is helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work with global teams and provide time-zone overlap when needed.
