Senior Design Engineer

1. Lead and execute structural design and analysis of ship hull structures.
2. Perform detailed finite element analysis (FEA) for structural integrity, fatigue, and strength assessment.
3. Ensure compliance with classification society rules, statutory requirements, and company standards.
4. Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and technical documents.
5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including hydrodynamics,outfitting, piping, and production departments.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in the team.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies, processes, and bestpractices.
8. Strong technical expertise in ship structural design and analysis.
9. Advanced proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools and structural assessment methods.
10. Sound knowledge of classification society rules, ship design standards, and regulatory requirements.
11. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
12. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
