Incident Manager| Thane
- The Incident Manager adheres to the set policies, processes, and systems for the delivery and implementation of a quality incident management processes.
- The incident manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination, planning, and organization of resources for the resolution of Incidents.
- The Incident Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT incidents.
- Role includes declaring the incident as a major incident and ensuring that the MIM process is followed, and the incident is resolved at the earliest.
- Manage & Drive Technology related major incidents
- Manage incident progress and establish Internal & external progress updates & flash periodic updates.
- Ability to take ownership and be accountable for an incident/task.
