Take on a new challenge and apply your process engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dedicated and innovative team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving industrial excellence and supporting the delivery of world-class mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Product Development, Production, and Quality Assurance), define and deploy industrialization standards and methodologies, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing and developing your team’s skills and ensuring the successful industrialization of projects, but also support production activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
We’ll look to you for:
Defining and updating function procedures, ways of working, and methodologies, aligned with central PME guidelines
Ensuring team staffing aligns with project workloads
Building induction and training programs for newcomers
Maintaining the team’s skills matrix and developing annual training plans
Deploying industrialization standards, methodologies, and IS tools (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES)
Increasing the maturity of the team using the APSYS roadmap
Supporting product/project industrialization activities and ensuring deliverables are accurate and of high quality
Ensuring adherence to EHS, ergonomics, and special process requirements
Providing production support, including for first articles manufacturing and onsite/offshore activities

Technical education background
Fluency in English (read, written, spoken)
8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the railway, automobile, or aerospace industries
Technical expertise in process engineering, manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, and BOM creation
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up
Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)
Familiarity with quality standards, EHS, ergonomics, and process methodologies like Process FMEA, QRQC, and 8D
Strong leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills
