Job Description: CRM Integration Developer

Location: PAN India

Experience: 5–8 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Integration Developer with expertise in building scalable solutions using Azure services, combined with exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI Foundry. The ideal candidate will design and develop intelligent, AI-powered applications and integrations across enterprise systems. Knowledge in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE are preferable.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM + Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integration technologies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions while integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems.
Build RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Custom APIs, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Azure Functions.
Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Azure Functions.
Design and implement synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
Work with Power Platform components including Power Automate and Dataverse.
Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, business rules, security roles, dashboards, and workflows.
Develop JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Ribbon Customizations, and PCF Controls where required.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.
