Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software elements are key aspects of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems with enterprise applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
