Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- Experience with integration design and development using Boomi Atomsphere Integration platform.
- Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and their role in system integration.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently to maintain seamless operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
