Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.
Must have skills : Investment Banking
Good to have skills : Functional Test Planning, Business Requirements Analysis
Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of deployment activities by carefully planning and managing schedules, budgets, and resources. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of deployment efforts. Monitoring progress, addressing challenges proactively, and facilitating training and pilot programs are integral parts of the daily routine. This position demands a strategic approach to managing complex interdependencies and ensuring that deployment objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of deployment strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Investment Banking.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning, Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong capability in managing complex project schedules and resource allocation.
- Experience in budgeting and financial oversight related to deployment activities.
- Ability to analyze and resolve cross-team challenges with effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Investment Banking.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
