Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The individual will focus on establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the solution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and experience with configuring and managing APIs and third-party service integrations.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that balance technical excellence with business and vendor constraints.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within distributed systems.
