Operations Analyst - Document Verification Unit
- Document Review: Examine incoming personal, financial, and address proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, passports, invoices) for completeness, validity, and signs of tampering.
- Database Cross-Checking: Match extracted text and user data against CRM systems, internal databases, or external verification platforms.
- Discrepancy Management: Flag, log, and escalate fake, unclear, or incomplete files to senior risk or fraud control teams.
- Compliance Tracking: Ensure all processing adheres to industry regulations and legal mandates such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
- Reporting: Input verified data accurately into company portals and prepare daily Management Information System (MIS) status reports.
