Role Overview

 

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong .NET, Azure cloud, API development and React experience to support existing in-house applications and contribute to future cloud integration initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across backend services, front-end components, databases, and DevOps-enabled delivery practices in a collaborative consulting environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Design, develop, enhance and support enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, C# and related Microsoft technologies.
• Build, maintain and integrate Web APIs / REST APIs for internal tools and downstream systems.
• Develop and enhance responsive front-end components using React and modern web development practices.
• Support existing in-house tools, troubleshoot production issues and implement maintainable fixes/enhancements.
• Work with Azure services to support cloud-based application development, integration and deployment needs.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Document program design, coding approach, configuration details and maintenance procedures.
• Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies and use Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking, builds and releases.

 

 

Required Technical Skills

 

• .NET Core and C# application development
• Frontend development experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Web API and REST API design, development, testing and integration
• Azure services exposure for application hosting, integration, storage, security or monitoring
• SQL Server and Oracle database experience, including querying, stored procedures and data troubleshooting
• Automated unit testing and integration testing practices
• SOLID programming principles and clean coding practices
• API testing and validation using tools such as Postman
• Good understanding of software documentation, version control and maintainability practices

 

 

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

 

• WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) experience for desktop application support or enhancement
• Experience developing cloud-native applications on Azure
• Exposure to containerization platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Agile delivery and Azure DevOps pipelines, repositories, boards or release processes
• Exposure to ETL tools, data transformation methodologies or data integration workflows
• Knowledge of software and hardware interaction, especially where applications interact with local systems, files or client environments
