Telesales Executive

Products : New Born Clothing's up to age group of 3.

Job Responsibilities

• Calling India Mart leads and converting them into customers
• Handling customer inquiries regarding products, pricing and dispatch
• Payment follow-up calls with existing customers
• Maintaining customer records in Excel
• Updating order and payment status daily
• Sharing catalogues and product details on WhatsApp
• Coordinating with dispatch and sales team
• Maintaining proper follow-up records
• Generating repeat business through regular customer communication

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English
• Comfortable using Excel and WhatsApp
• Confident in customer calling and follow-ups
• Organized and disciplined work style
• Experience in tele calling/sales support preferred

Qualification

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass
• Fresher or experienced both can apply

Salary

• Salary based on experience
• Incentive can be provided on sales conversion/payment recovery

Office Timing

• Monday to Saturday
• Part Time
