Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Restaurant Sales Manager to drive business growth, corporate tie-ups, banquet sales, and customer engagement for our hospitality operations in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in restaurant or hotel sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase restaurant revenue.

* Generate corporate leads and maintain strong B2B relationships.

* Handle banquet bookings, events, and bulk catering inquiries.

* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and campaigns.

* Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.

* Maintain customer database and ensure repeat business.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.

* Conduct client meetings and presentations.

* Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Required Skills

* Strong sales and negotiation skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry trends.

* Experience in corporate sales, banquet sales, or F&B sales preferred.

* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

* Prior experience in restaurant/hotel sales is mandatory.
