Telecaller

We are hiring a female Telecaller who can efficiently manage both inbound and outbound calls, guide students, and convert leads into admissions for our courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling
• Call prospective students from provided data
• Explain course details, batches, and offers
• Convert leads into admissions
• Regular follow-up with interested candidates
• 2. Inbound Call HandlingHandle incoming student/parent queries
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules
• Counsel students for the right course selection
• 3. Lead ManagementMaintain call records and follow-ups
• Update CRM/Excel sheets daily
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth admissions
• 4. Sales & TargetsAchieve admission targets
• Handle objections confidently
• Build strong rapport with students and parents
• Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Confident and polite speaking style
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling tools)
• Ability to work under targets
• Positive attitude and discipline
• Preferred SkillsExperience in coaching institutes/EdTech
• Knowledge of exams like BPSC, UPSC, SSC
• Prior telecalling or sales experience
