Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the brand’s point of contact for relationship

support and engagement (not order booking).

• Visit only potential dealers. (Scouted A and B+)

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with

existing and potential dealers.

• Strengthen Spectra’s presence through plumber meets and

brand visibility activities.

• Develop and nurture relationships with plumbers and

contractors to promote Spectra products.

• Gather information on competitor pricing and market

schemes.

• Provide daily reports and insights to the head office.

Performance Tracker

• No sales targets — performance will be measured on business

development parameters.

• The candidate will not handle order booking or payment

collection (except in case of long-overdue cases as directed by management).

Candidate Profile

• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

• Proficiency in Kannada and English.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong local market understanding.
