Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Executive to generate qualified leads and drive site visits for our upcoming premium residential project in Borivali West. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, experience in channel partner management, and the ability to identify and convert prospective homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sourcing
Generate qualified leads through direct sourcing activities.
Conduct field activities such as canopy activations, society visits, corporate tie-ups, kiosk activations, and local area marketing.
Build and maintain a database of prospective homebuyers and investors.
Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Channel Partner Management
Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate consultants.
Organize CP meets and project presentations.
Ensure regular engagement and lead generation from the CP network.
Track and monitor CP performance.
Customer Engagement
Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Schedule and coordinate project site visits.
Assist customers throughout the initial sales journey.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
Sales Coordination
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion.
Update CRM with accurate lead details and activity status.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports.
Achieve sourcing and site visit targets assigned by management.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and market trends in Borivali West and surrounding micro-markets.
Share market insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Sales preferred.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in residential real estate sales or sourcing.
Experience in Mumbai real estate market preferred.
Existing network of channel partners and brokers will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
