Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Promote and sell Vi postpaid SIMs, mobile plans, and value-added services.

Assist customers with new connections, upgrades, and service requests.

Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

Follow up with potential and existing customers through calls and in-person interactions.

Explain the benefits and features of Vi products and services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of telecom services and mobile plans.

Customer-focused approach.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in sales, customer service, telecom, retail, or field marketing.
