Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and confident Telemarketing Executive with experience in software product demonstrations, customer interaction & Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining software products, conducting product demos, and converting leads into potential business opportunities.
This role requires excellent communication skills, convincing abilities, and the capability to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads
Explain company products and services clearly to potential clients
Conduct software application demos and presentations via call or online meetings
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth lead conversion and onboarding
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Provide customer feedback and market insights to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (mandatory)
Experience in software product demonstrations or application presentations preferred
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Good convincing and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach
Language Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in:
Telugu, Hindi, English (Additional regional language proficiency will be considered an added advantage).
