Job Description
Pick up packages/orders from warehouse, store, or
Deliver items to customers at the correct address
Ensure timely and safe delivery
Collect cash payments (Cash on Delivery) if required
Handle packages carefully to avoid damage
Follow delivery routes using maps or GPS
Maintain delivery records and proof of delivery (signature/OTP)
Communicate with customers for delivery updates
