Job Description
- Generate leads via calls, field visits, and referrals
- Explain property details, pricing, and benefits to clients
- Conduct property site visits with potential buyers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain client database & regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
- Target-driven and confident personality
- Willing to travel locally for site visits
- Real estate experience preferred (not mandatory)
