Job Description

Sales Officer – Dehradun Region

Position: Sales Officer

Location: Dehradun Region

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned primary and secondary sales targets within the territory.
  • Ensure daily market coverage of 50–60 outlets as per the approved beat plan.
  • Maintain regular coverage of all assigned outlets and ensure effective order generation.
  • Expand market reach by identifying and appointing new retail outlets and distributors.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail counters.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market developments.
  • Maintain healthy distributor relations and support timely collections where required.
  • Track and improve outlet productivity, strike rate, and average order value.
  • Execute company schemes, promotional activities, and market activations.
  • Submit daily sales reports, beat reports, outlet coverage reports, and market feedback through the prescribed system/app.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and reporting timelines.
