• Source new customers for gold loan products through fieldwork and branch activities
• Evaluate gold ornaments for purity and weight as per bank standards
• Process loan applications and ensure quick disbursal
• Maintain proper documentation and KYC compliance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
• Handle customer queries and provide financial guidance
• Ensure safe handling and storage of pledged gold
• Conduct regular market visits and lead generation activities in assigned areas
• Maintain daily field activity reports and customer follow-ups
