  • Preparation of cable schedule and wiring diagram
  • Preparation of Instrument index and I/O List
  • Preparation and Review of P&ID
  • Preparation of Cable Tray Layout and Support Layout.
  • Preparation of Instrument and Junction Box Location Layout
  • Preparation & review of Logic notes and Logic diagram for control system
  • Preparation of RFQ documents for PLC based control system with scope demarcation.
  • Preparation of cable block Diagram for DCS, SIS, FGS.
  • Modelling of Junction Boxes, Cable Trays, Cabling Systems, Cables and Tubing, Cabinets.
  • Preparation of JB/panel Grouping and JB Scheduling.
  • Preparation of Cable Tray Fill Report and Node Report.
  • Preparation of Technical Bid Analysis and vendor selection
  • Experienced in preparing SPI Deliverables.

• Responsible for preparation of BOQ
• Review of relevant Civil, Mechanical & Electrical documents and drawings for Instrument detailing & clash analysis
• Detailed Knowledge on data communication concepts and protocols of SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, FRTU, C&I cables, power supply source.
• Knowledge on Instrumentation design codes and standards for selection of field instruments
• Knowledge on complete control system architecture components, UPS system.
• Close interaction with other business units for timely submission of technical documents.
• Coordination & support project team for timely approval of design documents.
• Meeting with Vendors & Clients for technical discussions

Skills & Other requirements:

• Basic Instrumentation & Electrical knowledge
• Good Communication & Presentation skills
• Preference to candidates with exposure to Smart Infrastructure projects
• Candidate should be ready to make travels for site visits and client discussions
• Smart Plant Instrumentation knowledge
