Job Description
Manager - Civil Execution
Responsible for leading and coordinating construction activities in a defined area of the project, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, timeline, and budget requirements. Acts as a key interface between planning, execution, subcontractors, and engineering teams to deliver high-performance outcomes within the assigned work area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead the construction execution of a designated area in alignment with project schedule and specifications. Coordinate and supervise engineers, foremen, and subcontractors for smooth day-to-day operations. |
Ensure the availability of work fronts and construction materials by closely working with planning and procurement teams. Review drawings and specifications, resolve technical issues in coordination with design and QA/QC teams. |
Monitor and drive adherence to HSE norms, conduct safety briefings, and ensure zero-incident execution. Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports and communicate deviations or bottlenecks to the Construction Manager |
Monitor productivity, cost, and resource utilisation within the area. Support in planning shutdowns, heavy lifts, and major construction milestones. |
Ensure compliance with quality plans, inspection checklists, and documentation protocols, Mentor site engineers and foremen; promote a collaborative and high-performance team culture. |
