Inventory Executive (Inventory Management & Operations)

We are hiring Inventory Executive to manage stock operations, inventory tracking, documentation, and warehouse coordination. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams, and ensuring smooth stock movement across the organization. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills are essential. Immediate joiners preferred. 

🔹 Location: Chennai

🔹 Experience: 1–5 Years

🔹 Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree (Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related domain)

🔹 Freshers are also encouraged, if they have a strong interest and passion for inventory and operations management

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

Monitor inward and outward stock movements

Coordinate with procurement for timely stock replenishment

Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation

Manage inventory documentation and reporting

Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth operations

Ensure proper storage, tracking, and dispatch of materials and equipment 

🛠 Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations

Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software (Odoo knowledge is an added advantage)

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
