Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned territories.

Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.

Collect market feedback and report sales activities to management.

Support distributor management and secondary sales growth.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of experience in Food FMCG, Beverage, or related FMCG sales.

Must possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Own bike and valid driving license are mandatory.

Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.

Age should be below 38 years.

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Graduation preferred).

Preferred Candidate Profile

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Good knowledge of local markets and retail networks.

Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Experience in beverage sales will be an added advantage.
