We have 383K+ organic Instagram followers, sell on tbfo.in, AJIO, Myntra, and Flipkart, and we're scaling fast. We are a small, founder-led team in Bhopal — which means you'll work directly with the founder and have real ownership of your work from day one.

Manage the Shopify store end-to-end — product uploads, descriptions, pricing, inventory, collections, and discount codes

New drops happen frequently — speed and accuracy both matter

Monitor and improve website conversion rate — track where customers are dropping off and fix it

Current focus: mobile checkout optimisation, abandoned cart recovery

Manage marketplace listings on AJIO, Myntra, and Flipkart — catalogue updates, pricing, returns, and seller dashboard management

Coordinate with the logistics team for order fulfilment, dispatch tracking, and customer delivery issues

We use Porter for logistics — familiarity is a plus

Pull weekly reports on sales, traffic, returns, and bestsellers — and share clear summaries with the founder

Handle customer queries and escalations via WhatsApp, email, and marketplace portals

Warm, professional communication — you represent TBFO

Assist with Instagram-to-website link coordination — product links in bio, link-in-bio page updates after every new reel drop

Help set up and manage WhatsApp abandoned cart recovery messages and basic email flows
