Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, emails, and market research.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2B/B2C sales.
  • Knowledge of digital sales and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
